This is old news, Final Round and Armor Piercing applies to ALL snipers.
The spear just has 3 shots which makes it faster to final

It's got the highest impact of any sniper on the game, meaning it's base damage is already insanely high. I'm not saying it should be nerfed though.

2 other snipers share the same impact. And that doesn't matter. Any other legendary sniper can roll the same perks and preform that stuff. Impact only really matters in pve and IB.

Lol I played a game of rumble with my LDR5001 yesterday where I burned through 3/4 rounds and one shot body killed like 5-6 people. I kind of felt bad.
