I don't understand...why?
Could someone explain the need for more vault space? Are you keeping rare guns? Or do you have three of every legendary? I have no need for vault space. If I do not use a gun I dismantle it. I see no reason to keep things you do not use. There is more than enough storage space in the game.

I want more space because I'm a collector, I keep all of the interesting it's of gear or cool looking guns I find :p

4 RepliesShaders don't stack, emblems don't stack, ships don't stack, combine that with upgrade mats and Telemetrys... while these have sperate spots in the guardians inventory their all squished into the same spot in the vault. And I'm sure most people share these items between their guardians so constantly having them in the vault and using what's needed on each guardian is more convenient. Your complaint is noted, but invalid. Please refrain from being stupid in the future.

I don't have any doubles and I barely have room for one gun. All but three exotic, one of each vault weapons, and CE weapons doesn't leave room for anything

2 RepliesI like to keep shaders. I also dont like to carry around exotics and I also keep a set of VOG raid gear in there and will do the same with my CE raid set & HoW raid gear

So for the Elite gamers out there that have been running 3 Characters. We not only have to use the Vault to swap weapons until our character earns key weapons that are universally awesome (Gjallahorn, Ice Breaker) Old and New Raid guns (FateBringer, VOC, etc). This can eat up space quick, either in the vault or on our character available slots. We are going to obviously need variety with the different burns and Raid specific weapons. Once our character weapons spots are nearing full and Vault space is taken up with Collectible weapons like older Legendary weapons that will carry there own nostalgia when in a year from now you can't even get one (ie. original launch weapons) the goal was to create a bond with weapons and have people ask you where did you get that and you could tell them I earned in such and such. The developers stated this countless times building up to this games release. It's not our fault we want to have bragging rights in a year when no one can even earn the stashed weapons that will remain useful in normal game modes and PvP. Just sayin, broaden your scope and understand some of us bought fully into the BS of these weapons being special and how they would hold value to the player.

2 RepliesWell with 0 raid completions you couldn't possibly understand the attachment you get to a weapon that you spend hours upon hours and week after week to get. I'm not saying that I keep every raid weapon I get, but soooo many of these guns have their specific uses to make a certain part of a raid a lot easier. Just one example, Pretorian foil, not that good of a fusion rifle overall, but on atheon hard, when you get teleported into a gate, the orical disrupter perk becomes very useful. Also add in a gun like atheons epilogue, a terrible auto rifle, but on a void burn nightfall it becomes epic and untill this week was the only void primary in the game. Start adding in the exotics and some iron banner weapons along with some guns you just want for the crucible and you run out of space really quick. Why should there be a limit to vault space in the first place? So yes more vault space is a big deal.

I keep all raid weapons (that aren't 100% outclassed by newer ones: i.e., I scrapped Hezen Vengeance when I got Hunger of Crota). So yeah, we need more vault space.

2 RepliesI have 3 characters and I want to collect all the exotic guns and armor. I'd also like to collect all the raid armor and weapons. So yeah collectors need more space. Hell even most casual players agree the vault space is inadequate.

I have to keep some on my other toons as there is not enough space. I have one weapon with each elemental burn, in effect three of each weapon type for special and heavy. This is for been prepared for the nightfalls also exotics take up space too.

Armor isn't a issue it's weapons and misc that gets filled fast. I have mostly every exotic and many different 331 primary's, secondary's and heavies so yeah vault space is much needed. Not to mention I am hoarding a couple old weapons like shadow price classics man classics.

3 RepliesI only keep exotics, but I'm running out of space, started using my characters space instead I think Bungie will only patch in a bit of space, maybe 10 more blocks. People can't expect them to add so much space that it allows them to keep everything That's asking to much

People keep Legendary and Exotic Guns. People also keep Old Raid Armor and any other extra armor/guns for Alt accounts. With the amount of Legendary Guns/Armor and Exotic Guns/Armor coming out in the future, there's no possible way one could keep it all.
