Inviting a 31 to hard mode is like willingly attaching a 500lb weight to your ankle before a marathon. Your damage is non-existent, so YOU should be non-existent in the raid until 32. Practice in normal mode, get the gear, and you can graduate to hard mode.

The first group to beat it on hard was half 31's and half 32's. Terrible attempt at making a point. Almost beat him yesterday with the same level make up on my team. Most my 32's died repeatedly. Skill>level bruh.

You're exaggerating a bit there. A 31 does around 20% less damage than a 32 in hard raid. A noticeable penalty sure, but hardly impossible to overcome. A 31 who knows what they're doing and has good equipment is fine. I wouldn't want a 31 carrying sword, but five 32's shouldn't be hindered by a single 31.
