Today ALONE, I got around 12 ascendant shards, 17 strange coins, don't know how many Ascendant Energies, basically every ROC run I get about 4-7 engrams. Mostly rare but legendary as well. Some of the Rares end up being legendary.
Just this past weekend I got a Rapier, Badger, LDR, Admonisher, & For The People in about 10 games.
