Honestly; I've JUST started REALLY playing and hit level 30 pretty quickly. Still have more light to level. I have 2 pieces of (Max) 36 light gear, just need boots and a body piece then I'll be 32 ready. It's REALLY not that hard to level.

Good luck getting the rest of the armor. I've been trying to get a chest plate for 3 weeks

It only took me 1 week to get the 2 pieces of 36 light. =.= I've been called lucky when it comes to drops.

I have everything but a chest plate. And they never drop the parts I need to upgrade anything I have anymore. The drops are totally -blam!-ed in this game.

Today ALONE, I got around 12 ascendant shards, 17 strange coins, don't know how many Ascendant Energies, basically every ROC run I get about 4-7 engrams. Mostly rare but legendary as well. Some of the Rares end up being legendary. Just this past weekend I got a Rapier, Badger, LDR, Admonisher, & For The People in about 10 games.

All my gear has taken Ascendant Shards. Except that exotic helm, it needs an Exotic Shard. The gloves I have even use Ascendent and they're 36 light.

Well I guess I got glitched gauntlets then. Go check out my Titan. Click the gloves, you can see that I still have 2 armor upgrades to do, and it's at 32 light, with a max of 36. At the bottom it says "Upgrade Materials" and doesn't lost Radiant, just Ascendant. If you'd like I'll take a picture in game and link it (?)

You have Iron banner gear but to hit 32 your going to need raid chest piece and boots.

Yeah, but the gloves are 36, and don't require radiant, I understand that to hit 32 I'll need all 4 pieces to be 36 however.
