31s are 2 levels down in CE HM. I wouldn't run my 31 Warlock in HM with my raid team, just like I refused to bring a 28 to VoG HM. It's that rough, and I wouldn't force my team to backpack like that.
At least not until we're all comfortable enough with the difficulty to help push our lower level alts through.
