No no while patrol. A level 8 major vandal. Its really random soo....yeah watch out for that bastard. I faced him during beta with 4 other guardians and we kept getting melted

I have never had a problem wearing him out at level 28 or above. It does take time though. He is not the spawn I would camp if you want to leisurely get your Fallen Major bounty. There is nothing easy or leisurely about him. I'd rather go piss on a rattlesnakes head!
