whether you want to admit it or not, if the other 2 leave im stuck 3 times more work so who cares how I put it, it's not that hard to understand...
I might be doing 33 % of the work but that percentage is 100% of my job, if the other two leave, yes I have to do 100% of the strike but that's 300% of my usual worktask
