I'm not trying to be a Lancelot, but PvP and PvE are not the same, so I'm not sure why you being a girl in the Raid is cause for them to kick you. Back in my CoD days, my guys and I could carry up to 2 weaker players, almost always girls and/or a guy named Mr Munku. There were very very very few times that we didn't crush a team that had a girl on it, just one. Again, PvE isn't the same, sort of ridiculous if you ask me.
