If you want to solve the bully problem start looking scary and get some good friends to hang out with. If you want to look scary don't go crazy and get tattoos and piercings or anything. A thuggish hat and a pair of sunglasses to match it should make you look bad ass. That is if you look the type. If you don't want to do that get some friends and hang out with them as much as possible, that way if any of the jocks come by there's more of you guys than them.
