I grew up on Mortal Kombat and fighting games like it. To me these fighting games require much, much more skill than most games out today. So it's not for everybody. It's a niche thing. They're not for casual players or people looking for some "fun" to invest in

Ditto. But if i'm ever going to play a fighting game again it'd be Tekken or SC, even Virtua Fighter. MK lost me after like 4 tbh
