The world is full of idiots so obviously some people will end up agreeing with you and I'm talking about the quality of the content, it's weaksauce. Everyone bought this game just like you so they have the right to play it however the -blam!- they want. I'd rather have a christmas noob with icebreaker at the end of the map, actually sniping, than the same noob with nothing but shitty blue weapons in the middle of the fight, constantly dying. I'd also rather have that than all the scrubs who join a random playlist then end up leaving at the beginning of every mission just because they are too sissy to handle 75% of the strikes in said playlist.. these guys leave me with 300% of the work and I still don't make threads about it. Or the ones who don't help at all just because they earn free rewards at the end.. these guys dont realise that if they helped, they would have more rewards at the end of the night. Your rant is just stupid and that's why I keep telling you to come up with better content...

No. 100% of the work would be everyone in the strike, and each person should put in 33.3-% of the work. Picking up all of the slack of the others is doing 100% of the work.
