Here is an idea if ya wasnt such a whiny little cry baby you probably would have a group to do roc strikes with, and not have to be matched up with the "noobs with ice breakers" its funny that last week it was cool to use ice breaker now that its become available to more than a select lucky few, its now frowned upon. Seriously, this forum is -blam!-ing worthless, all its for is bitch ass mofo's to cry on. Grow up!

Actually, I can tell that people are totally taking the OP out of context. #1. It is cool to have an icebreaker. It is not now considered uncool as I've seen someone say. However, once you realize that it's cool for Nightfalls, Raids, etc. then you'll notice that you use other guns in easier game modes. Just b/c you have it, doesn't now mean that you need to use it for everything. You will get sick of it. #2. I have also seen this in ROC strikes and I really wonder why. You are not going to get much xp for the perks. You'll level that weapon by doing bounties. Plus there is nothing so dangerous in a Roc strike, so that you need to stand back and snipe. That takes all the fun out of it really. However, we can't complain, b/c it all comes down to play style. I can't stand off and snipe when I don't have to. It's boring. Some people may be able to. So I just let them. I have no problem with the fact that they let me get all the kills. I mean, that is why u play the game, so may as well do all of it that you can.

Most of my friends are asleep early in the morning. I live in Alaska and my time zone is behind everyone elses. And I don't think anyone who is as shit as you at this game has any place to tell me what to do. I don't care if they use the icebreaker, I care if they sit at the back of the map leaving me to do, as I stated "90% of the work". Learn how to read, and stay in school. It will do well for you.

No i.didnt read your edits aka backtracking your original posts, if ya dont like playing with randoms cause they are noobs and leaving you to do 90% of the work then stop matchmaking. What im trying to say is until i got icebreaker the destiny veterans all perched up with an icebreaker letting me be the grunt. That was ok, but now its not. Thats what doesnt make since!

Before it was sold I saw people using like a sniper rifle or scout rifle and dropping like flies. Are those the ones you're talking about?

If you'll remember what people did on the Archon Priest nightfalls, that's what I'm talking about. The one where you walk through the first room of the strike into the area where you fight the vex.. Instead of going down, they stay near the entrance of the place and snipe at a very long distance. If it were battlefield or sniper elite it would make sense.. Any veteran player knows that sniping in this game is best at mid range.

Seriously, the forum would be an amazing tool if used to share strategies, answer questions about perks and loadouts, and anything else constructive. Instead everyone thats vocal on here just comes to bash the game, cry about noobs cause of course they have never been a noob in the game, and debate whether selling icebreaker and gjallarhorn is game breaking. Also they love posting laundry lists of specialized additions they want to see bungie implement. There is litterally about 4% useful information obtained from these thread and the rest is a bunch of belly aching.
