It's what makes aiming on consoles feasible. There is one sight that makes the reticle seem "sticky" where it follows enemies. It's that "excellent target acquisition" sight. As long as you don't use those you'll be fine. If you play Call of Duty or something I dare you to turn off your aim assist.. It just doesn't work.
