They probably sold the IB so they would appease everyone for not selling the ghorn. IB is the scapel, ghorn the hammer. Everyone having the ghorn may break their game. I'm sure they wouldn't want to put that kind of firepower in the community at the same time they launch hard mode CE. If one guy can do CE normal with a ghorn (and props to the kid who did it without), think of 6 guys with the ghorn.
