I know what you mean, I read it a all. You're concerned with players staying back and out of the line of fire while their Ice Breaker recharges instead of facing the enemy with their other weapons. I rebutted when I said I do just this, but switch weapons when I empty a mag to keep the DPS consistent for as long as possible.
