It's gonna take a while before the hype dies off. I've been playin since day one, I missed getting ice breaker the first time Xur brought it, and I've been trying since and finally my patience and saving of coins was rewarded and although virtually everyone I've played with has one, it's different to use it. Just messing with this morning before I went to work I killed something that normally would've taken a ridiculous amount of ammo in a stupid the little amount of shots and my reaction was something on the lines of "dear god what is this thing?!" Give it some time, in about a week or two it'll have died down a little and sit in the back of everyone's inventory again unless they need it. As for me, I just got the Plan C on my nightfall last night and the icebreaker this morning so I am going to be working double time to level both of those up.
