The only ROC strike I actually snipe is Devil's Lair on the tank. Standing back on the building and spamming that tank with Black Hammer shots = 45 second encounter.

If you go to where you go in at and look up and to the right there's some pipes on the wall you can stand on. Perfect shot at the tanks and nothing can shoot you.
