You sound like a tryhard that skips half the strike to try and clear it as fast as possible, only to rage because the other two are taking their time.
If you want teammates to play your way, start a fireteam. If you rely on matchmaking then you need to deal with whatever you get for teammates.

I'm the person who does the objective and skips the things I don't have to do.. I don't think anyone does strikes because they're rich and fulfilling missions. There's no reason to play like that.
