I admit, I'm going to use nothing but icebreaker in roc strikes. But that's only because I want to max it out as soon as possible. But I will not act like it's a nightfall strike like others who have it.

Trust me on this. Upgrading your weapon that way isnt gonna work just switch at the end of the roc strike to the weapon that you want to upgrade

Just to let you know, it doesn't do much for it when you're just killing with it. It's better to rush to the end game experience and get it on that.
