Please!! A 25 & a 28? Who is the casual? I am pushing 500 hours with all three of my toons & I have yet to get ICEbreaker. I have 4 G-horns, Dragons Breath, Hunger of Crota, Truth, Invective III & a Hezens Vengeance. It is about time I can get my hands on an Great Sniper. Patience & time is good but not like IB. Suck it up Buttercup.
Edit: Just added my time up, am at 511 with a 40+ hour a week job (Salaried not Hourly) Kids & a girlfriend.

Whoa dude.. Thats like 6 hours a day since launch, plus a full time job. You might wanna spend a little more time with the kids.

I may very well have a problem LOL, in my defense two of my kids are 21 years & older, I play destiny with my 16 year old & my ten year old gets lots of attention when she wants it. But my girlfriend has complained about my playing time which is why I only play when she is at work & since she works nights & is almost 40 it gives me some free time. I have a nice 7 to 3:30 M-F job.
