Nothing wrong with people sniping enemies, as long as they can hit them, hell with 3 people sniping, the archon priest doesn't move from his initial position as long as people hit him in the head. But their in lies the problem. Ice breaker is a noob cannon, with its ammo regen and people use it like a scout rifle. Here should be a rule that says you can use a sniper rifle until you have a few thousand kills with a hand cannon, as you naturally go for the critical hit points every time then.
