Yeah. I don't see a problem with it. As long as they're sniping the major enemies, me and the other teammate shouldn't have any issues taking the rest of the enemies out pretty quickly.
I sort of like having someone up on overwatch, regardless of what level it is. Good tactics are good tactics.

So, no harm done. Just because they aren't good at it, doesn't mean they shouldn't try.

They were level 31 and 32, and the 32 was the worst.. They have no excuse with their levels.
