Prepare yourself for the noobs sniping in ROC strikes with the icebreakers because they have it.
This isn't a nightfall. You don't have to stand on the rocks. The ones that are on the top of the area where the 3 waves of [b]vex[/b] spawn on the Archon Priest [b]strike[/b] when you're opening the door near the beginning. I understand you're JUST NOW getting an icebreaker, but please.. Just don't.
[spoiler]EDIT: Apparently this post was unclear to a few. I don't care if you have icebreaker, I don't care if you bought it, I don't care if you use it. However I do care if you sit at the back of the map sniping off goblins, getting essentially no kills leaving me to do 90% of the work. That's leeching off of me, and is not a play style. I think the icebreaker is great, and I use it for a few things.. But this isn't a nightfall. You're not going to die instantly, and you don't have to stand on that diagonal rock at the back of the 3 wave area on the Archon Priest strike about 1000 meters away, or whatever it is doing nothing for anyone.

EDIT 5: After about a day of this thread being out I remembered the name of the strike. It's called Winters Run. Hallelujah.
EDIT 6: Now that this thread has gone on for a few days and it has played out to my amusement, I will inform everyone that this does slightly bother me, but it doesn't matter to me all that much and I felt like getting a rise out of some people. 3 Repliesi do this all the time one rock further with my scout AND icebreaker.. also on the archon priest i stay high and cover the tanks. so they can focus fire on the archon and i take out the snipers, sshanks, stealh vandals and other mobs.. its called tactic.. and co op. running around in circles IS stupid..

1 ReplyI love that spot. It's so romantic. Don't worry if need be ill jump down and revive you. But in all fair play somebody needs to keep them shanks and servetors off you while you be the hero and kill the big scarey monster. It's a dirty job but somebody's got to do it. Ps. I had to go thru summoning pits with two noobs that just thought it be better to stay in entry corridor rather then jump in and kill phogor. Did that all on my own. Life sux and rox.

Sniper is probably doing more then your whiney ass. Gtfo.. i been using icebreaker for months i guess that makes me a noob. Im a noob because i prefer to use a strong sniper to do damage from a distance while your idiotic ass is running around getting shot at the whole time barely hurting the boss while you do that

Just don't revive them and troll em as much as you can if all else fails you can send them a brutal message after the strike...it happens to often though I hate it :@ 2 kills the last guy had that did that to me I had like 150 he got a legendary engram I got blues lol funny.

Yeah, like those standing in the back room for Phagot(h). Or those who stay under that platform during Archon priest. And those who camp without shooting at Valus... Then the worst part, they get mobs to spawn because anti hide system, what does the mobs do? You aggro them, get flanked and killed, they don't revive you. They fail, get killed, you revive them, they resume, you don't revive them, they either stay dead or respawn and do the same thing again!

2 RepliesI have 8,861 IB kills. I shoot IB from anywhere on the map during roc strikes. I will be glad to be in a fireteam with IB noobs. Bosses and majors will be beaten quicker.
