The fusion rifles and the hand cannons need a nerf to balance out with the rest of the weapon. I get killed by fusion from a crazy range, it's not even right at all. The hand cannon, it's a 1 headshot and one body down to the legs shots and your dead, which I think it's op,

Actually man I have played pvp many times and need 2 headshots plus a body shot for everyone but a titan. That tank needs 3-4 shots plugged in him to knock him out. So no debuffs please.

Most hand cannons can't even two shot to the head. Hawk moon is the only one that consistantly do it. Thorn can with burn but it's not always a guarantee. So no handcannons are not op
