The silence is deafening. This game is supposed to have moderators and GMs in-game, but it has none of that. We have one community manager, who doesn't have the time or interest to respond to valid complaints or feedback. From what I can tell it's been this way from the beginning. I have seen some fantastic compilations of feature requests and they are always met with the same silence. No "we are working on it" or "here is why we did it this way". Nothing. I started a question thread one day and within 3 hours I had about 50 people submit over 2 dozen really great questions for the dev team. The thread had 500 replies and I don't know how many upvotes along the way. I cut it off and submitted to feedback forum. Never heard one word back about any of it.
