Nice piece! Is that a scandi grind you put on it?
I agree with the 5/16, will make it much more solid.
As a fantasy knife goes, its pretty sweet!
Although I do prefer smaller knives to reduce hand fatigue, and make it more easily concealable. If you make another, try a 5-6" blade, I think you would love the results of scaling down for a useable fighting knife.

Thanks Its all hand done, belt sander madness. The whole design is very impractical as a functional knife so def in the prop category here. That being said I am thinking about a simple large letter opener size version as a desk toy. Thanks again!

Ugh! Belt sanders take forever! Not as "fun" as hardened D2 shaped by file! I can tell you, it would be less work to build a small forge, and soften it first. :)
