Just like he acknowledged that we asked for vanguard and crucible marks to be used on factions. Did we get that? Just like he acknowledged a lack of story content. Did we get any more, other then a poorly made cut DLC that we had to pay for? There is a difference between an actual response and PR fluff. Don't add context to things that are deliberately vague and generalized. It's how PR staff get around actually answering questions.
