Seriously! What God AWFUL timing for ANYTHING to happen. I was playing around the Loot Cave by disturbing the remain. I go to the tower to decrypt some blue engrams and before I did that, I said the line. As soon as I did, he gave me The Devil You Don't. WTF!?
