Thank you for your polite and reasoned reply. I don't believe there is any conspiracy, what I do believe is there were some serious issues with Destiny, story-wise, towards the end of its development cycle that necessitated drastic and unforeseen changes. These changes have been detrimental, but I'm sure we will likely never find out why they occurred due to non-disclosure agreements. I feel sympathy for those who followed the game closely during its development, as they clearly feel short-changed, and rightly so. But I also think that there is a faction out there trying to demonise Bungie and Activision, for whatever reason, and it's getting pretty rabid. And pretty old, as well.
