When the reef(part of the house of wolves) is advertised to you as part of the initial purchase then yes, they did tell you it would be part of the original game, not DLC. That's like me telling you to by this orange but then only giving you the peel and then saying that I didn't advertise the full orange. Why so many Desticles fail to use logic is astounding, you...
