Well, when I paid for Dark Below it was simply an unlock, there wasn't even the slightest download.
Of course it was there all along. They made the whole game and then chopped chunks out and made us pay to play them later.
And we did.

Did you miss that huge patch a week or two before? You can probably still pull up the reddit thread where they datamined that patch (not the disc game) for all the Crota content other then some unfinished maps on earth (Rasputin's bunker)

I don't remember, I bought the game. first week of December so I might have got it after.
