Maximize any and all profits and minimize cost. Staple of Economy 101. But he does have a point. If their business model is copy pasta'd over and over, we will see a drop in overall quality while seeing an increase in cost. But, as business's are want to do, and since we live in a Capitalist society, costs will continue to rise. Always. For [i]everything[/i].
