Clearly you have no grasp on how businesses milk people for revenue. You have just your one definition, which is not absolute. Look up general definitions of "milking" and of several interpretations, the root is to "extract" or "to gain" most often relating to financial gain. There is also the more harsh term of exploiting for financial gain, but you can't use that in this argument because Destiny isn't technically exploiting you either. Your ill feelings toward Bungie doesn't exaggerate the meaning. You bought things because you choose to, exactly as people choose to buy Destiny or any other game. If they like it, they continue to put money into it. No one forces anyone to buy any games, it's a choice and I would assume you're grown up enough to make your own decisions. Movies can milk you by making sequels, and they try to entice you to watch it, by marketing strategies, but you have a choice to watch it or not. Same concept. F2P games, as I mention over and over again, simply use a different business model to entice people to spend money. One gives you content ahead of time and draws you into buy something of value in the game. You didn't donate to them, you bought something in the game that has some value and either gives you some ingame advantage and/or aesthetic improvements. None of which you would have bought if they didn't get you hooked to their game. Their market strategy worked and you spent money. Live with it. I'm not blinded by the fact of how gaming industries make money. You being naive and uninformed is your issue, not mine. I'm very well knowledged how Bungie is trying to make money, and I'm not taking sides, I'm just presenting a perspective that fanbois tend to be blinded from. Read up on game design and try to understand the psychology around it. They literally design the games on a formula for game addiciton. Now please, educate yourself.
