I should go for, personally, the nonprofit position. With your wife's permission. Since she makes the most money, and that is indeed enough, I would go with that. Its what you want. You could've been in a job you hated for years. Being able to get the job you want, and above all enjoy, is something few people have. As long as your wife is okay with it, and you will be making enough money combined to survive, I don't see much of a problem.
