Matchmaking Solution - See Riot Game's "Team Builder"

The Context of my idea: I have seen many threads, many comments, and many ragers expressing their desire for Matchmaking in Destiny's harder content. I have also seen many threads, many comments, and many ragers expressing their hate toward the idea of Matchmaking for Destiny's harder content. The Idea: Riot Games currently employs a fairly new grouping system called team builder. Bungie should implement a Destiny version of this. The Details: Implementation of a player rating system Implementation of a "temp-ban" system. If a player joins a group but goes afk, is a troll and gets reported and kicked, or does some other sort of activity that gets him or her kicked from the fireteam, a temporary ban would be placed on the person which would keep them from attempting to re-join the Fireteam builder system for say...an hour... Players looking to JOIN a group: Choose matchmaking for the selected content and wait to be paired up. BEHIND THE SCENES the database involved with this system would tag the player with: Their character type (titan, warlock, hunter). Their level. Their player rating This would be tied to the matchmaking system, where a player would be rated based on games left, games reported for afk, games reported for bad sportsmanship, skill, etc). Players looking to START a group: Choose the game content of interest (RAID, Nightfall, Weekly Heroic) Click an option like, "Start a New Fireteam" Choose the Teammates he or she would like to have in the Fireteam, i.e. If doing the raid: 2 Titans, 2 hunters, 1 warlock Choose the level range he or she would like to have in the Fireteam Chooses the lowest player rating he or she is willing to accept i.e. 75% positive rating, etc etc. Note: If the criteria above is too strict and the system is not finding any available players, a notification would pop up after a set period of time expressing that the system can't find any available players. This notification would also recommend what criteria to change based on the current pool of players looking for a Fireteam. Please let me know if I missed anything that could be beneficial for this kind of a system. and as always, Trolls and Ragers will be ignored. ~McMasher Edited: Formatting
