Increased range perk sadly useless. Too bad no firefly. Anyone who thinks VoC is better though must be on crack, its dated now. Only good for solar burn and the occasional fire shield but even then just whip out your sniper/fusion real quick. That's what it's for. I still prefer mida multi tool over anything else though, that baby is a beast.
