Honestly, they should have just bumped everything up, or make it all upgrade-able. They took ALL the old legenardies at the tower out anyways, so I dont see why they couldnt just update them to 32/331. Way to toss out the old gears. The only way to get them is from engrams now so why not at the same level as the current gear?
