Mine has the same stats.. I am just side by side comparing them in the inventory screen... I'm not home... but I'll take a screen shot... I think only reload or range was better on the voc.

No the MIDA has max reload stat

Reload is definitely better on the MIDA. It's maxed at 100.

Yeah you're right.. I checked online and the stats show that VoC has a higher impact and slightly lower rof, with a high reload... I'll check again in game, but I thought I did that twice and they were essentially the same... Either way, I was using VoC and Mida interchangeably on some lvl 30 missions and their was no noticeable difference, except with the solar dmg against witches...
