Good luck having bungie help with whatever your problem is. My upgraded exotics bumped back to level 300 damage after I've worked really hard to get them up to level 331 damage. I posted this issue three times in these forums and they absolutely don't answer it just goes into a black hole somewhere. Also I want to comment about others who say bungee doesn't do this or bungie doesn't do that; they don't work for bungie so I don't know where they get their information.

I dont know where they got the info but the thing is since the incident happened I tried to communicate over my twitter account several times with several bungie accounts. Bungie, Bungie Help etc. Also to the community manager. As I know a community manager is responsible for the re activity of his/her community. But no answer again. So they might be good at on ideas, Halo stuff and so on... But to create the loyal customers, you need after sales service. As an example, with a single click you can buy the game over this site, but even with hundreds of clicks, there's no contact to express your issue.
