Exactly my build except I use Arcane Wisdom. Being that armor is standardized for every player I feel that maximizing recovery and speed is the way to go. This build coupled with Heart of the Praxic Fire (and Hawkmoon) is a one man wrecking crew.

Yeah that's fine. I actually agree that armor is a very crappy attribute to focus on. Maxing it out gives you only about 1 or 2 more HP which is minuscule. As long as Speed is as high as it can be, should be good.
