I just have 1 question. was the weapon you previously had equipped a scout rifle also? I was just thinking that maybe you will get the vanguard weapon of what ever weapon you had equipped. for me, i had a auto rifle so i got the Payback, which i hate

I had the SUROS equipped so no, I had a scout in my inventory but not equipped... judging from my friends gifts also it was fairly random
