I've done it on 1 character and just took the check point from MY character to MY other characters
No cheesing or cheating I just used a checkpoint that I earned on my main character to my alts to skip something that yields no rewards
Why would I spend 9 mins minimum doing something I already did for nothing?

I don't really know your situation or anything, and to argue a single player versus the concept of this is going to be a waste of time. Ir Yut is a 3 minute fight. When we finished it, it was 3:08 on our encounter timer. Unless you have a group or set of toons that can't do it, but that brings me to my next point: Skipping anything in what was obviously a cohesive linear series of bosses is "Cheesing." And the only reason we call it "Cheesing" is just because people didn't want to call it "Cheating" so it doesn't sting as much.

If there was incentive to do it I'd do it but with no loot drop it's a waste of time
