If upgrading your current VOG Legendary weapons is not an option, how about just upgrading the current drops on VOG so all drops are 331 only for those people that have the upgrade? Its simple, If you don't have the upgrade it would drop 300, but if you do have the upgrade it would drop 331. This would keep the old raid relevant to people who have the upgrade. I had someone tell me yesterday that they don't run on VOG anymore because they don't want those old 300 weapons, but if the weapons and armor being dropped is 331, I'm sure this wouldn't be the case.
