I have the solution and it is not far fetched at all... Hell it even includes RNGesus so bungie SHOULD be on board if they hear me out... It is simple... Xur can sell upgrades for VOG weapons (1 a week maybe) but instead of costing an exotic shard, they would cost 1 "Glass Shard" for VOG weapons, (a dark shard in the future for CROTA weapons) the glass shard can be added to the loot table of Atheon hard... That way people also still have motivation to tackle the VOG every week... Make sense? I thought so... Cmon Deej Bump if you agree.. You know this is the ONLY way it'll happen
