After CE raid no reward?

Hey, I had did the cotta end raid today, during the fight with cotta the reward was shown I get the raid helm, but I didn't get it at all, nor shards/energy, no rewards at all but me and my clan mate saw my name looted the raid helm... Can anyone please help me?

It may be glitched it does this sometimes also you may have not gotten the loot but they saw you did
