It's not hard to do it legit I do this
I run it legit on one character copy the crota save to an alt
Knock out crota on all alts (mine and my friends)
Then run all alts through lamp and bridge and ignore death singer because it doesn't reward any drops so why waste 9+ mins to do it on all alts

you're right... you could do so much in that 9 minutes. like argue on a forum or have a wank or something.

I've done it on 1 character and just took the check point from MY character to MY other characters No cheesing or cheating I just used a checkpoint that I earned on my main character to my alts to skip something that yields no rewards Why would I spend 9 mins minimum doing something I already did for nothing?

I don't really know your situation or anything, and to argue a single player versus the concept of this is going to be a waste of time. Ir Yut is a 3 minute fight. When we finished it, it was 3:08 on our encounter timer. Unless you have a group or set of toons that can't do it, but that brings me to my next point: Skipping anything in what was obviously a cohesive linear series of bosses is "Cheesing." And the only reason we call it "Cheesing" is just because people didn't want to call it "Cheating" so it doesn't sting as much.

If there was incentive to do it I'd do it but with no loot drop it's a waste of time
