well, since a couple of weeks i like to do the raid backwards, starting with the bossfight, then the maze, bridge and the final chest.
followed by the orbit and character swap.
you see: there is no need to fight the witches as they don't drop anything in the first place.

no, i don't. if i play the crota raid and stop at the crota checkpoint, it's completely legal and normal, right? if i then start my game at 09.55 (5 min. to reset) and go back to that savepoint, that's also legal and normal, right? if i then invite my friends to play with me this is also normal and legal, right? and once we have killed crota i can also restart the raid, which is also legal and normal. and well, as you see there is no need to fight the witches and i didn't glitch or cheat at all.

Also he didn't say he cheesed/cheated any part, he could be beating each part completely legit. But if yhou can have the Crota CP why not do it first? Best chance of best loot, then go back and collect anything else they give and shards. I like to do that as well.

No one is altering mechanics when they skip death singer. Altering mechanics is akin to entering a cheat code for unlimited ammo or God mode. You want people to stop abusing checkpoint systems? Get games to be developed without them. Roguelikes don't go over well with the mainstream however... Also, lighten up on the worthless player remarks. The respect given to your point of view drops considerably every time you talk like that, whether it's the status quo of the forum culture or not.
