My Top 5 Perks to look for in any Hand Cannon to maximize performance: Reload speed should be #1 priority always. The benefit is just too good to pass up. After that, look for stability and bonus damage. Personally, I'd consider stability more beneficial than the damage bonus, but you have to work with what you get. Things like Armor-Piercing or Explosive Rounds shouldn't be overlooked, but aren't really that beneficial to the overall performance of the gun. For lower impact variants, damage bonuses are awesome. Higher impact variants typically call for stability bonuses.
