So everyone wants this cause they like the guns and so forth. So instead of trying to get the caps raised why not try and get them to make the guns customizable to your play style. Instead of having chosen perks have mod slots. Then have the gunsmith sell the mods you wanna put in the guns. Make it so you have to use shard to buy mods. Then that way everyone can get the guns the way they want.
